downtown - graceDowntown Vancouver is a peninsula bounded by water on 3 sides.

To the north is Burrard Inlet, and the luxury residential towers of Coal Harbour nestled on the shore.

On the south side is False Creek, and the surrounding area at its shore is known as Yaletown.

To the west around English Bay is the West End (one of Vancouver’s older neighbourhoods), which leads to Stanley Park.

At the centre is the area known as Downtown, a combination of business and residential use, with historic Gastown in the east of the downtown area.

I have been using Nicholas’ services since 1988, first as a realtor and later as a rental suite manager. I have also recommended his services to numerous friends and clients who thanked me for referring him. The words they all used were “knowledge” and “integrity”. Nicholas is one of the rare members of this profession who prefers long-term client relationship to quickly collecting a commission. I first used Downtown Suites as a tenant in 2010 and was blown away when I visited the office. Meeting Nic and the rest of his team was very positive and he introduced everyone. It was clear that each member of his team had a valuable role to play in the organization and that he respected it. In discussing the suite I was renting, he didn’t treat me like a number. I offered some feedback on what would make my experience in the suite better for me and he ran with it to accommodate my reasonable requests. My experience with the organization was very positive and thanks to Nic for making my experience seamless and simple. I highly recommend renting a suite managed by Nic’s company.
Nic manages our condos in Vancouver, and we never have to worry about anything. The service is always top notch.
