I was a US owner of two income rental condos in Vancouver a few years back and was having some problems with the person who was managing my places. I had to end that relationship, and not knowing the real estate arena in Vancouver, I went to the internet. Nic had (still has!!) the most informative and wonderful videos of himself videos of himself addressing different aspects of the real estate market in BC.
